Stacy Mogale
Co-Founder
Co-Founder Stacy is an admitted attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa. Stacy has a B.Com (Law) degree from the Rand Afrikaans University and B.Com (Hons) in Strategic Management and LLB degrees from the University of Johannesburg. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Mining and Prospecting Law and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand.
During her time as a partner at one of the top law firms in South Africa, Stacy gained extensive experience in the field of corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on private equity and B-BBEE ownership transactions.
Marsha Arnold
General Manager
Marsha holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wales (facilitated by the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University), a National Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management and has also completed the B-BBEE Management Development Programme with UNISA.
Marsha has over twenty years’ experience in the B-BBEE space, and qualified as a Technical Signatory in 2008. Prior to joining TLVT, she was the Regional Manager at a large verification agency for 5 years.
Tanya Dippenaar
Technical Signatory
Tanya is a seasoned HR and B-BBEE professional with a rich background in enhancing organizational efficiency and compliance. Armed with a BA in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University and further studies in Labour Relations and B-BBEE Management from Unisa. She has dedicated over two decades to mastering human resources, payroll management, and verification processes.
Her journey has taken her from Cape Nature, through Allée Bleue Farms and Builders Warehouse, to Regional Manager at Grant Thornton Verification Services, and now Technical Signatory with TLVT.
Gladys Skosana
B-BBEE Administrator
Gladys Nomfundo Skosana holds an LLB debree from the University of South Africa as well as a Certificate in Paralegal studies. Gladys completed her Practical Legal Training at the University of Pretoria – in 2023.
In her role as a B-BBEE Analyst, Gladys has honed her skills in administration, client support, and legal research, proving her capability and versatility. Her dedication extends beyond the office to community service, where she actively participate in legal outreach programs, aiming to create a significant, positive impact in society.

Her academic journey at Eduvos has equipped her with a solid foundation in commerce and law, enhanced by practical experience in marketing administration, lead generation, and office administration.
Sidonia is fluent in English, Afrikaans, and IsiZulu, making her a versatile communicator. Her goal is to leverage my skills and grow within the financial industry, contributing to her team’s success with a responsible and proactive approach.

Siphe is an LLB graduate from Rhodes University, now proudly part of The Legal Verification Team as a B-BBEE Administrator through our Graduate Program. Siphe’s academic career is decorated with academic honours such as making the Dean’s List and receiving the Rhodes Top 100 Academic Excellence Award.
Siphe has participated in internships at prestigious law firms and excelled in roles that demanded a keen eye for detail.
